The following changes were made compared to the previous version:

- Fixed a bug in grid_get_fname() where a too small buffer was
  allocated. This problem likely appeared because pid (process id)
  numbers can be larger nowadays. Verified using valgrind that this
  fix works. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2145238
  where the bug was reported for the Fedora ergo package.
